Overview
No Copay Medical Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a membership program that provides members with access to certain medical services through independent, participating healthcare providers.
No Copay Medical Care is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical services directly.
This membership is not health insurance and does not replace health insurance.
Not Health Insurance
No Copay Medical Care is not an insurance company, and this membership is not an insurance policy.
We do not:
- Pay medical claims
- Reimburse medical expenses
- Assume financial risk for medical services
- Guarantee the availability of any specific provider or service
All medical services are provided solely by independent healthcare providers.
Membership Services
Membership provides access to certain medical services, which may include:
- Primary care services
- Urgent care services
- Preventive and wellness services
- Telemedicine services
- Mental health services (subject to annual visit limits)
Availability of services may vary by provider, location, and capacity Services offered may change from time to time.
Membership Fees & Billing
- All memberships are prepaid
- Initial enrollment includes payment for the next month of membership.
- Memberships renew automatically on the 20th of each month after the initial prepaid membership period.
- Fees are non-refundable once a membership period begins.
Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the prepaid membership period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time or services.
No Guarantee of Services
No Copay Medical Care does not guarantee:
- Access to any specific provider
- Appointment availability
- Medical outcomes
All medical decisions are made by the treating healthcare provider.
Limitation of Liability
No Copay Medical Care is not responsible for:
- Medical care or treatment decisions
- Acts or omissions of healthcare providers
- Availability, quality, or outcome of medical services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Copay Medical Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Membership or Terms
We reserve the right to modify membership pricing, included services, or these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
