Is this health insurance?
No. Next Level Prime is a healthcare membership, not health insurance. We recommend maintaining appropriate major-medical insurance for hospital care, emergencies, surgery, specialists, prescriptions, and other services that are not included.

When can I start using it?
Your membership can start on the first day of next month. If you need it sooner, you can pay an extra $69 to start within three business days.
Are there hidden fees or copays?
There are no copays or deductibles for services included with Next Level Prime. Services outside the membership—such as hospital care, prescriptions, specialist visits, and certain outside labs or imaging—are paid separately. The optional expedited start also has a one-time $69 fee.
How do I schedule care?
Next Level Prime members can schedule care through the Next Level Urgent Care app, by phone, or through the online portal. Virtual-care appointments are available 24 hours a day.
Are all labs and X-rays included?
No. Included services cover in-clinic labs and X-rays for new injuries. Outside lab tests and imaging not included in the plan are excluded.
How does cancellation work?
You must join for at least one month. To cancel for next month, tell us before the 25th. You will not get a refund for part of a month. Read the full rules when you sign up.
